These Terms of Service govern your use of The RSVP Edit, a product of Layout & Print Hub. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement to use the Service.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to send spam or harmful content, to harvest other users' data without consent, or to gain unauthorized access to any system. Reselling or sublicensing the Service requires our written permission.

4. Guest Data

When you collect guest data through the Service (names, emails, etc.), you are the data controller. You are responsible for obtaining the necessary consent from your guests and for complying with applicable privacy laws. We process this data on your behalf as a data processor.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its software are owned by Layout & Print Hub. You retain ownership of the content you create — events, forms, and guest data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to deliver the Service to you.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or if we discontinue the Service. Your data may be permanently removed 30 days after termination.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
